Objectives
- To create a strong, dedicated and educated network of leaders and coaches, who can implement football for children according to our principles
- To educate new coaches and stimulate them to continue their coaching in a local football club following the Open Fun Football Schools.
Strategy
- To develop and implement a comprehensive educational program for leaders and coaches
- To ensure that minimum 50% of all coaches at the Open Fun Football Schools are coaches who are not yet coaching in a local football club, but would love to do so.
